Training
C2 training is not just about learning technique after technique; it is about learning how to apply a select few core skills, proven and tested, to any situation that might be encountered, instinctively and efficiently for maximum effect.

Basic Training
Basic Training puts focus on core skill development; the essential tools that can be adapted and applied to many situations. No matter how advanced the training becomes it is always proficiency in the core skills that really matters. C2 training prioritises techniques according to effectiveness, not aesthetics. The most important elements are always covered first and in the most detail, and these are always the most basic tools. All C2 basic tools are generic, making them extremely adaptable to both the person and the situation. All tools are carefully designed, enabling them to be easily understood and learned. This ease of use is crucial for actual effective application.
Intermediate Training
Intermediate Training covers core skill applications and responses to various hostile situations, ranging from confrontations, to striking and grabbing attacks, to assaults by multiple aggressors and weapon attacks. Special circumstances and varied environmental factors are constantly addressed, with training conducted from standing, seated and lying positions, in confined spaces, with simulated injuries, and wearing restrictive clothing.
Whatever can happen, wherever it could happen, C2 training will address it with solid dependable training.
Advanced Training
Advanced Training covers simulated full power responses, utilising special protective equipment and role-playing ‘attackers’ enacting various aggressive encounters, with increasing intensity. Such training emphasises dealing with surprise, heavy resistance and overcoming fear. Though nothing can truly simulate the effects of a real attack, these advanced C2 training drills are as close as safety allows.
