Aim:

To fully and accurately assess the individual’s capabilities as a Foundation Instructor. 

Content:

The final stage of the programme consists of 3 assessment modules.  Comprehensive demonstration and assessment of instructional abilities concerning planning and executing personal and group training, culminating in the presentation of a complete Foundation Elements seminar will be strictly and critically analysed.

Phase Eight - Instructor Assessment Modules

• 8.2 Coaching Assessment 
• 8.3 Seminar Assessment 

Duration:

Two full days consisting of 8 hours of direct assessment per day. 

Format: 

Assessments are limited to two persons only, selected invited individuals will constitute ’students’ and ‘participants’ for the conduct of the assessment modules as required.
 
Cost:

£200 - training only, not including any travel, accommodation and miscellaneous expense costs if applicable.  Retaken assessments do not incur any further costs.
